Order and Shipment Processing

Coffee Machine Guru aims to process all orders within 24 hours of submission. Coffee Machine Guru offers same-day dispatch Australia-wide, or click and collect from our warehouse in North Melbourne, Victoria. Orders placed prior to 3pm will be dispatched on the same working day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or stock is unavailable, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• Orders cannot be shipped or delivered to P.O. Boxes

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on weight, cubic measurement and location. From the date of shipment, delivery is generally within 2 to 7 business days, between the hours of 8am to 6pm. Overnight or express delivery is available upon special request.

Shipping Partners

• We use Australia Post eParcel as well as various couriers to dispatch all orders within Australia.
• Depending on your requirement, Coffee Machine Guru will allocate the most appropriate freight carrier: locally or nationally.

Shipment confirmation And Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Coffee Machine Guru is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Coffee Machine Guru utilises third party freight carriers. In the event that you have received any products that are damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We do not issue refunds for a change of mind.

Returns

• Items can only be returned once approved by a Coffee Machine Guru team member after you have contacted them via email or phone.
• You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Please notify Coffee Machine Guru within 48 hours of receipt of your order of any discrepancies or damaged products.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned Item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Unless the item(s) being returned are a result of an error on behalf of the manufacturer or Coffee Machine Guru.

We do not issue refunds for a change of mind.

NOTE: a restocking fee of 25% may apply.
