After investing in a Melbourne-based coffee business in the late 1990s, our founder Eusebio Marcocci (in partnership with his son Maurizio) saw a gap in the market for coffee equipment and service which gave birth to Service Sphere. Service Sphere has now been operational for over 14 years representing some of the world’s leading equipment brands, and servicing some of the largest coffee roasters and chains in Australia.
Coffee Machine Guru coupled with Service Sphere has grown to become an industry leader in the national supply of Coffee machines and Grinders in Australia. Coffee Machine Guru holds the Australian agencies for many world-leading brands including La Cimbali and Casadio Espresso Machines, Eureka Grinders, Eversys Super Automatics, Bravilor Bonamat Bulk Brewers and Rheavendors Coffee Vending Machines. These brands, coupled with industry-leading infrastructure, and the implementation of the latest technology, offer a true national solution to the coffee industry.
Coffee Machine Guru specialises in the supply and service of national coffee roasters and franchise groups, offering customised preventative maintenance solutions. Tailored preventative maintenance schedules are implemented with a 24/7 reactive service program through a comprehensive national network of factory-trained technicians; and range from planning and consultancy, equipment procurement, inventory and asset management, preventative maintenance, parts and ad hoc services.
